Introduction: Access to rehabilitation care is not uniform across regions. However, the number of individuals with disabilities who wish to utilize various forms of assistance directly in their home environment is increasing.

Objective: To inform the professional community and encourage their potential involvement in a new project focused on telerehabilitation and assistive technologies within the health and social care system.

Conclusion: The use of modern technologies in health and social care represents one of the effective ways to deliver essential services directly to the home environment of individuals with disabilities.
