Raritní granulomatózní procesy

Abstract

The following three case reports describe patients presented with respiratory symptoms and long-lasting B-symptoms. Considered infectious diseases, sarcoidosis and other common conditions were excluded after comprehensive and thorough examination. The diagnosis of idiopathic multicentric Castleman disease, lymphomatoid granulomatosis, and coincidence of a granulomatous process of unknown etiology with chronic myelomonocytic leukaemia (CMML) with progression to acute leukaemia were made.
