Abstract

The case report describes Rh incompatibility during pregnancy. A pregnant woman with history of RhD hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn 6 years ago, presented at 10th week of her new gestation with already very high titer of anti-D alloantibody. Further immunisation with anti-C and anti-G alloantibodies has followed. Severe anaemia of the fetus required intrauterine transfusion treatment from 22nd gestational week.
