Abstract

Summary: Objective: Case presentation, differential diagnostic, possible therapeutic procedure and a brief literature report. Case report: A 84-year-old woman was repeatedly examined for chronic extended dermatologic lesion on lower abdomen, external genitals, perianal region, inguins and neighboring internal areas of tights. Conclusion: Neither colposcopy with dermatovenerologic consultation, nor histopathological examination led to precise conclusion. Until special dermatopatologic expertise showed diagnosis of invers psoriasis with suggested therapy.
