Free Medial Plantar Flap Connection with a Posterior Tibial Artery Flap and its modification for combined dorsal and plantar foot defects

Abstract

A combined medial plantar and posterior tibial flap was suggested by Dr. Hao Wu et. al. at 2016 to cover combined dorsal and plantar foot defect. It was a good choice for these defects; however its was limited to fore-foot defects. We suggested its modification to other foot areas.
