Abstract

Aim and methodology: To provide a comprehensive review on new findings and current recommendations regarding antiphospholipid antibodies with particular emphasis on clinical impact on gestation. Conclusion: Antiphospholipid antibodies are an important risk factor for the development of a series of pregnancy-related complications. The early diagnosis and appropriate therapy can reduce the incidence of pregnancy loss and pregnancy-related complications.
